Drives comfortablely, however, 4 speed auto gear is a bit outdated and takes a while to kick in while climbing long distances. Very fast start up, great feel of driving. Side mirror is big but feels a bit not comfortable. lots of storage boxes, but lack one or two big place to put some A4 document. Car feels big! Five-door hatchback. (A wagon version named the i30 Tourer was available until about February 2016. It was 185mm longer than the hatchbacks, with the extra length all in the cargo area.) All are front-wheel drive. The Hyundai i30 is classed as a small car, lower priced. And lastly, on background for this review, what Hyundai previously called the Elantra, is now the i30 Sedan. New model, condensed nomenclature, makes more sense. (I just wish they’d bring back the old i40 wagon as an i30 wagon to content with Mazda 6, Skoda Superb and Subaru Levorg, but I realise wagons are a dying breed, sadly).
