Yep - had our 150 ps T6.1 from new, it has done about 18k miles and this is the first time the adblue warning has come up. The vast majority of our driving is over an hour and at a steady 73 mph. Strangely the exhaust warning light has come up at same time. But does anybody know how big the adblue tank is on a this van.
Should take like about 100 miles of driving for the ADblue tank to reset. If you have vcdswith, you you could reset the SCR lock if the adblue will not reset itself. Make sure you use the proper ISO number for adblue as sometimes the quality from gas stations is not great. Jan 5, 2022#3. N.
Apparently this is an issue across a range of VW vehicles using the same head unit i.e seat, skoda etc. The solution is to press the SOS button and hold for 60 seconds. Then when the SOS system says it is going to make a call you need to manually cancel the call by pressing the sos button once again. Problem solved!
