As for business class, it could be worth it, depending on where you would have to sit in economy. Once you are on the ferry, if there is space in business (there always was on the ferries we were on), you can upgrade for 15-18 Euro per person.

That would be more expensive than a 2 berth OUT Cabin with 2 berths. OUT means OUTside i.e. by the hull with porthole. Currently those seem to be the same price on certain Bluestar ferries, which is odd. However virtually all Bluestar ferries are different as to numbers and sizes of cabins.
